Creating your custom cover is simple. First, select your preferred size and material. Then, use the "Upload" buttons for the front and back. Our built-in tool allows you to crop your images to match the exact aspect ratio of your chosen size, ensuring a perfect fit. You will be able to preview the final result before placing your order to ensure everything looks exactly how you imagined.
Don't worry about pixelation. We offer two enhancement tiers to guarantee a flawless print:
- Premium Upscale: Our design experts use industry-leading Topaz Gigapixel to cleanly enlarge your image while staying true to the original artwork.
- Premium Upscale + Pro Artist Retouch: After our premium upscaling process, our pro artist will redraw important details such as the eyes, private parts, facial features and manually remove any artifacts. We will send you the result by email for you to approve or request a revision before we print.

Shipping, Tracking & Customs
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Your DakiHeaven order ships in plain, neutral packaging. There are no anime, dakimakura, or adult-style descriptions printed on the outside label.
How long does delivery usually take?
Every cover is made to order, so your artwork is printed fresh instead of pulled from old stock. Production usually takes 2-7 business days before shipping. After that, standard delivery usually takes 14-21 days, while express delivery usually takes 6-10 business days.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Import fees are prepaid where available. If customs still charges you, send us the receipt and we will help you with it.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed once your cover has finished production and is handed to the courier. You can also check your order on our tracking page. If you have not received tracking after 7 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact support so we can help find it.
Fabrics & Care
How do I wash my dakimakura cover?
Treat your cover gently so the fabric stays soft and the artwork stays beautiful.
- Remove the cover from the pillow insert.
- Turn the cover inside out and place it in a laundry bag.
- Wash with cold water on a delicate cycle.
- Use mild, bleach-free detergent.
- Air dry only. Do not use a machine dryer or iron because high heat can damage the fabric and printed artwork.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my item?
Standard catalog items can be returned within 31 days after receipt only if the transparent packaging is unopened and the hygiene seal is still intact. Opened dakimakura covers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Can I return a custom uploaded design?
No. Custom uploaded designs are made just for you, so they cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact support as soon as possible. Since each cover is made to order, production can begin quickly. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.

Is the pillow insert included?
This listing is for the printed dakimakura pillowcase only. Deluxe inner body pillows are sold separately in the shop.
Will I receive censored NSFW artwork?
No. DakiHeaven does not sell censored artwork. If a product includes NSFW artwork, the available design is shown in the product gallery so you can review exactly what you are ordering before checkout.
Will the print look pixelated?
All the designs in the store are hand-drawn by our artists, resulting in high-resolution source files for clean anime line art, sharp details, and rich color quality. For custom uploads, high-resolution artwork gives the best result. The better the file, the better your character will look on the final cover. Make sure to choose one of our upscaling methods if your images are low-quality!

Un projet ambitieux devenu réalité grâce à Dakiheaven
J'avais un projet assez ambitieux : faire réaliser un dakimakura entièrement personnalisé au format 180 × 60 cm, avec une illustration créée par un artiste tiers dans un style semi-réaliste inspiré de l'anime Failure Frame. C'était un projet hors normes, donc je voulais mettre toutes les chances de mon côté. Pour cette commande, j'ai choisi les options Premium Upscale et Artist Retouch. Concernant le Premium Upscale, je trouve que c'est une bonne option si votre image de départ est en résolution classique (comme la mienne, en 1024 × 1536). Bien sûr, il existe aujourd'hui des outils d'upscaling gratuits, mais j'ai préféré faire confiance à Dakiheaven afin d'obtenir le meilleur résultat possible. En revanche, si votre illustration est déjà en très haute résolution (par exemple autour de 9000 × 3000), cette option est probablement inutile. Pour Artist Retouch, mon avis est plus mitigé. Si votre illustration est déjà de très bonne qualité, cette option n'apporte pas forcément grand-chose. Dans mon cas, je l'ai surtout prise par sécurité après l'upscaling. Je ne regrette pas, mais je pense qu'elle reste totalement optionnelle. Concernant le produit lui-même, je regrette qu'il ne soit pas possible de joindre des photos à l'avis, car elles parleraient d'elles-mêmes. En revanche, je tiens vraiment à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du tissu. Je recommande vivement de choisir le 2WT Comfort Max. Je possédais déjà un dakimakura en 2WT provenant d'un autre fabricant, et la différence est vraiment flagrante : le tissu proposé par Dakiheaven est incroyablement doux, agréable au toucher et donne une véritable impression de qualité premium. J'ai également eu de nombreux échanges avec le service client, principalement au sujet de la livraison vers la France. Les expéditions vers l'Europe peuvent parfois être compliquées, mais l'équipe a toujours pris le temps de me rassurer et a finalement trouvé une solution d'expédition rapide. Je précise simplement un point qui n'était pas très clair : le dakimakura (inner) et la housse sont expédiés séparément. J'ai d'abord reçu l'inner, puis la housse quelques jours plus tard. Ce n'était pas explicitement indiqué dans les e-mails, donc cela peut surprendre si l'on ne le sait pas. Enfin, un petit retour sur ma configuration personnelle. Pour un format aussi grand (180 × 60 cm), j'ai trouvé que le rembourrage d'origine manquait un peu de volume à mon goût. J'ai donc ajouté environ 800 g de ouate de rembourrage polyester siliconée en boules, ce qui donne un résultat parfait selon mes préférences. J'ai également ajouté des inserts supplémentaires ainsi qu'une housse avec fermeture Velcro afin d'obtenir exactement le rendu que j'avais imaginé. Au final, ce qui n'était au départ qu'une idée un peu folle est devenu réalité. Le résultat dépasse mes attentes, aussi bien au niveau de la qualité d'impression que des matériaux et de l'accompagnement tout au long du projet. Si vous envisagez de faire réaliser un dakimakura entièrement personnalisé, je recommande sans hésiter Dakiheaven. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir contribué à concrétiser ce projet !
